Your orders can be sent to any location. We understand the importance of timely service. To ensure that all items be delivered in a timely fashion, all orders receive individual attention and are processed in the most efficient and effective manner. You can rest assured that your order will be shipped as soon as the fulfillment process is complete. After your payment is approved we will send out the products you ordered as soon as they are available. Our products normally are in stock ready for shipping. However, bulk order may take up to 4 weeks for production. Rates may be changed at any time. Some heavy or bulky items have an additional shipping and handling charge, |
We will choose the most efficient carrier, which include UPS, FedEx, etc. All orders will usually ship within 5-10 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you via email after the order shipped. |

We use Express Delivery method versus use "Standard Post" for following reasons:
1. Express Delivery provide time-critical service, which they assure the products you ordered will be deliver to your place as soon as possible (Normally within one week);
2. Express Delivery door-to-door service is a safer delivery way than Standard Post; Signature is required for all packages.
3. Both you and us can easily track packages transportation states using tracking no. during the delivery process online.
4. For avoiding unnecessary disputation of responsibilities, both you and us can confirm packages' arrival to ensure whether they have been lost or damaged.

Special guidelines for international shipping:
Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.

We would like our international Customers and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Refused Shipments - If you decide to refuse any shipments from outlet-online.net, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to outlet-online.net.
