| Your satisfaction is guaranteed. All items are checked before
leaving our warehouse. If you have received a damaged item, please
contact us by email within 24hrs of receiving the item. We will be more
than happy to assist you with a replacement (if it is available), or a
credit (if necessary).
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
All items for return or exchange must have a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers can be obtained by emailing us
at returns@outlet-online.net.
Once you have received your RMA please take care to follow the
instructions emailed to you . Please note that unidentified
returns/exchanges may be returned to the sender
When requesting
RMA, please mention your order number, item number/quantity you would
like to return. Please note, if one order number contains multiple
items, you need to specify which item(s) you want to return. Not
mentioned items are not covered by the RMA issued.
We request that all goods are returned within 3 days of the date of
your request for an RMA. We will use the postmark on your package to decide on the cut off time.
Returns received outside the above time frames
are accepted at the discretion of outlet-online.net and can only be
refunded as "store credit".
We are very strict on these return timeframe,and they are not negotiable.
Items with stain and/or odors such as perfume will be treated as worn,
and dry cleaning fee will be deducted.
Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have
been received and undergone a quality control check.Exchanges are also
subject to product availability and the customer will incur any
shipping costs for such exchanges and returns.
We will make the refund for the amount that originally was paid for
the item, minus actual shipping and handling charges. (This term also
applies to items shipped during our free shipping period) . Expedited
shipping service fee is not refundable.
All non-faulty return items will be charged $25 per item as restocking fee.
All warehouse sales are final.
